The holiday wing has the relaxed and comfortable feel of a family home. The ground floor has its own entrance hall, cloakroom with WC, leading into the sitting room with its log fire, TV, video, DVD.

The dining room has particular historic character and can seat 12 if needed. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a wood-burning stove. The table here seats 8. There is a utility room leading to the back door with fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Steep stairs to the first floor lead to three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two doubles (one can separate into twins if needed) and a further twin room. A cot and can be provided on request.

Above this are another bedroom with three beds and a washbasin and a large shower room with WC.

Your rental fee includes heating, electricity, logs and cleaning. We ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state on departure.

There is a side garden with outdoor furniture and guests have the use of the woodlands and front lawn as appropriate. There is a walled garden (featured on Welsh television) with fruit and vegetables which guests may use by agreement although we ask you to respect our privacy in this area.
